As original founder, owner and sponsoring broker of M2 Brokerage, Mi Mi Montagnet has established herself as both a commercial and residential real estate jack of all trades. She consults both residential and commercial real estate investors on acquisition, development, leasing and disposition strategies as well as pursues private development opportunities.
Ms. Montagnet has more than nine years of experience working in multiple facets of the real estate industry: development, cost & market analysis, project administration and supervision, contracting, sales brokerage, and investing. Her specialties include build-to-suit single and multi-story office buildings, medical office buildings, retail centers, apartment/condo conversions and new construction condominiums in Southern Louisiana. She is an owner of multiple commercial real estate development companies, where she has possessed first hand knowledge of construction, permit processing, financing, leasing and property management. In addition, Ms. Montagnet has been heavily involved in the Warehouse District condo market, specifically as the exclusive first listing agent for Twiggs House Condominiums and the exclusive premier co-listing agent for the Bakery Condominiums, Cotton Mill Condominiums, and Mills Row Condominiums.

Ms. Montagnet is the heartbeat of M2 Brokerage making it the best in the business with her professionalism, intelligence, resourcefullness and dedication. She is a licensed Louisiana real estate broker, a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investor Member), a committee member of the CCIM Louisiana Chapter, a member or the New Orleans Metropolitan Board of Realtors, a member of the NOMAR Commercial Investment Division, a member of the World Trade Center, and a member of the Louisiana and Mississippi Restaurant Associations. She attended the 2003 Self Storage Association Developer's Seminar in San Diego, California. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi in 1999 in Journalism and French.
Kristen Metzger brings savvy marketing and technology skills as well as an energetic career prospective to M2 Brokerage. A New Orleans native, Metzger has astute knowledge about the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan area and a passion for promoting all the great cultures and neighborhoods of the city.
She is a graduate of the Academy of the Sacred Heart and a recent graduate of the University of Alabama. She has career experience in event planning, marketing, and restaurant, convention & meetings management. In November 2009, she gained her Louisiana real estate salesperson license and is a member of the Louisiana State Chapter of CCIM.
Ryan Haro is a New Orleans native. He attended high school at Holy Cross and received his Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of New Orleans. He has been involved with the real estate industry since 2000, interned with commercial real estate firm, The Garth Organization in Midtown Manhattan and has been a Realtor® since 2008. He has experience with leasing, property management, development and commercial investing. Also, a local entrepreneur, Ryan owns coffeeHQ, Inc. located in the Energy Centre on Poydras. As a Realtor® and businessman, Ryan is committed to the city of New Orleans and to M2 Brokerage’s clients so that all will be successful.
